Dance Legend Binary Selection Review

I’m back today with another Dance Legend post! This time I’m showing you two of the polishes from the Binary range.

Can I just say, I love these polishes. I have worn both of them so much since I received them, which is just amazing really considering all the polishes around here at the moment. They’re just so simple, and great quality. I’m sure you’ll see a lot of them here and there over the coming weeks too.

The Binary range are created to be longer lasting polishes. They don’t claim to be a ‘gel polish’ which I think is excellent as I despise the marketing tools that some companies use to get people to think they’re using gel. This ends up with a whole bunch of angry customers blasting about how their polish didn’t last them two weeks despite the companies claims. The fact is that wear time with these types of polishes comes down to perfect and precise application. That’s a whole other story.

Instead, these polishes are designed to last a little longer than regular nail polish, and when combined with the Binary Topcoat, you can generally get an extra couple of days from your mani. I didnt recieve the Binary topcoat, so I cannot make any claim on if it does prolong the life of the mani, but I can happily announce that I wore these combined with another Dance Legend topcoat for five days with no tipwear or chipping which I thought was great.

Sweet! So much chatter today!

KSENIA (#24)

This is a pale smokey grey colour. So flattering and a gorgeous shade. I definitely believe this is now one of my favourite grey cremes. I just love the tone it has. Not too blue, and not too warm.

This is almost a one coater, but for better wear time I recommend applying it thinly and with two coats. It dries shiny, however I topped it with Dance Legend’s Go Fast topcoat, which is super awesome. Perfect for when you’re in rush. It’s touch dry in less than a minute!

TATIANA (#21)

Tatiana is a really cool greyed out lavender. I love these kind of dusky pastels as I think they suit my skin tone so much better than regular pastels which can leave me looking a bit on the pink side.

This applied equally as well as Ksenia, only two thin coats and one coat of Go Fast! topcoat.

Overall, as you can probably figure out, I love these and would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, long lasting creme. I am loving the colours of this range too, reminding me that Spring is on it’s way. They always seems to look so fresh and clean which is I what I look for when wearing a basic creme.

The Binary collection can be found at Dance Legend who ship worldwide and are stocked at various online stores around the globe. To stay up to date with Dance Legend check them out on Instagram and Facebook.

Tell me, what’s your favourite creme colour? Personally, I’m sold on black, reds (in all tones), and neutrals. Don’t ask me to choose between them!
