When recently swatching Imperial Eve* from Femme Fatale Cosmetics Anniversary Trio, I thought I’d love to see it over a solid base to really let the shimmer be the star of the polish. I decided to use an OPI blue and an Essie red to see the polish in two different lights. The results were surprising.
